Most adults seek chiropractic care as a hopeful alternative to Western Medicine. They are tired of the medicated state most doctors want to put them in. Well, that happened to me, but more importantly having that knowledge helped me avoid a costly, painful and unnecessary procedure recommended for my daughter.Sophia was having some difficulty hearing. I thought originally that it was your typical 4 year old selective hearing. After weeks of repeating myself, I contacted an Eye and Ear specialist in Lawrence MA. This doctor looked at her ears, tested her ears and then sat me down for the “talk” of how she was incurring hearing loss and should be scheduled for tubes as soon as possible. Luckily, I was familiar with chiropractic care and Dr. Carey. I contacted the office as I drove out of Lawrence and asked for a second opinion. When arriving at the office—that same day!! The chiropractic team informed me that she would NOT need tubes but to give chiropractic care an opportunity to do “its thing”. Within the first 3 visits, I had stopped hearing “WHAT MOMMY???” Sophia started hearing me better, answering me immediately, and was very grateful NOT to go to the hospital for tubes. Sophia is now turning 6, she is healthy and beautiful inside and out. Both my children see Dr. Carey for any sickness, sores or complaints they might have. How many doctors do you know that will order a book for you, pay for it, and ship in overnight to your home, so that you can have peace of mind and reassurance that you are doing the right thing????? HE IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!
